Yemen condemns Iran-backed Houthi attacks on Saudi airports, holy cities
Yemen’s Foreign Ministry on Tuesday condemned recent Iran-backed Houthi attacks on airports in Saudi Arabia’s Jazan and Najran, as well as an attempt to target Mecca and an attack on Medina, the state-run Saba news agency reported. Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation said three people suffered minor injuries and material damage was reported after attacks on King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Jazan and Najran International Airport.[1]

High-resolution satellite images from VANTOR Technologies taken in September and October 2026 showed significant renewed activity at Min-Zadayi, a nuclear weapons development complex in northeast Tehran that was exposed and attacked by Israel during Operation Roaring Lion. Several buildings, and apparently underground structures as well, were destroyed in the strike, according to a report published by the Institute for Science and International Security.[2]
