One of the major themes that I highlighted in last year’s blog post was judgment upon the foundation. The following year will be building a better version of you on a physical level. Five represents many things, but I generally consider the five energy as the five senses and the human experience.

Health will become a major theme in the year ahead.

Building a better health outcome will come quickly to those who put in the disciplined effort. It is not easy to keep yourself in shape, but it’s essential. Start with small goals and build up from there; you can find many ways to accomplish this. I’m not giving health advice because that’s not my lane, but I recommend looking into custom workout plans based on your fitness goals and the time you have to work on these goals.

I think this year will bring couples together through spiritual work; partners working out together will lift both your spirits this year. Edit your blueprint and consider integrating a workout plan that fits your schedule. Hard work is the theme leading up to 2029; stay consistent to reach your goal.

Cuts to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: As our previous blog post highlighted, diversity and equity inclusion will continue to see cuts along with other race-based initiatives. A simple counter would be lineage-based initiatives for those who have faced historical racism and injustice, such as freedmen.

Personal story – I was working out at a local park and just jogging through, and an older white couple jumped back like I was going to attack them. At a different time, I was going to get something to eat and noticed a security officer watching me closely after every move I made. I wonder how much more of this will progress after January 20th, 2025.

In my neck of the woods, there have been many shootings taken place with “black” people spread everywhere all over the news. This creates a sense of unease in people where you can be a regular black person and be looked at funny because you are simply black while jogging, drinking water, and, of course, driving.

If you don’t like it get out of my country vibes

Yes, that mindset is fundamental, permeating through many people moving forward. There is nothing anyone can do to change someone with this attitude.
